Zipmail and Knutsford express orders are processed within 1 business days and shipped on their specific shipping days after payment is confirmed. Please ensure the address is correct as we are not responsible to go back and change the address once the package is sent off.

Card or cash can be used at our pick up locations. 

 


Delivery Policy

We do offer cash on delivery however a deposit is required before the package is sent out. Once deposit is paid the package can be sent out and the final payment can be made on the time of delivery. Deposit is non-refundable IF YOU CANCEL LAST MINUTE or ghost the rider. 

We also have the option where you can pay full cash before package is being sent out to better secure your order. 

Cut off time for same day delivery is 11am

 


Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been completed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo proof.

Brand Story

Back in 2020 I was struggling with acne with nothing to help it.

I started losing hope, feeling depressed that I might never have clear and even skin. It didn’t help that people constantly asked about my skin, which made me even more self conscious. After researching natural skincare solutions, I discovered a love for turmeric.

I read numerous books and watched videos on making soaps, which inspired me to try creating my own turmeric soap using natural herbs that would be suitable for my skin. To my surprise, after using my very own turmeric soap, I noticed a significant improvement. Within a month, my skin was 60% clearer. I even gave samples to my family members, and it worked great for them too.

Motivated by these results, I created a turmeric lavender scrub and paired it with the turmeric glow bar. Together, they worked wonders for my skin.
That’s when I had the thought if these products are transforming my skin, why not share them with others so the world can benefit too?

On February 20, 2021, I took a leap of faith and launched my skincare brand with just 159 Instagram followers and little experience in business.
